Corrugated packaging · Zhengzhou, China

From your artwork
to a shelf-ready box.

We build custom printed corrugated packaging for small brands — structural advice, die-lines, prototypes and short runs. Printing, die-cutting and gluing all happen in our own plant in Zhengzhou, and you talk to the person who runs your order.

01Structural advice before you commit — a die-line, a sketch, or just the product you need to pack.
02Short runs welcome. Minimums depend on structure and print, so we quote yours in writing.
03You approve a physical sample before the production run starts.
04Quotes, artwork checks, QC photos and shipping documents from the same person.

What we make

Four product lines, one material.

Everything here is corrugated board — printed, die-cut and glued. If your product needs a different structure, that is a conversation, not an exception.

Line 01 · Most requested

Kraft fruit & gift box with die-cut handle

High-strength corrugated with die-cut ventilation windows, an integrated handle and a reinforced base that holds its shape when loaded. The box overseas buyers understand instantly — farm shops, farmers markets, organic food, subscription fruit.

  • Die-cut vents
  • Jute or cotton rope
  • Reinforced base
  • 1–4 colour print

Line 02 · E-commerce

Crash-lock & tear-strip mailers

The two structures online sellers already know. Crash-lock assembles in one motion with no tape. Tear-strip gives the customer a clean open — and a box that is easy to return in. Printed outside, plain inside, so your product is the first thing seen.

  • No tape assembly
  • Tear strip
  • Full-colour outside
  • Flat-packed

Line 03 · Retail & gifting

Two-piece lid & base gift box

A rigid look at board cost. Separate lid and base, wrapped or laminated board, with foil stamping or embossing on the lid panel. For cosmetics, tea, confectionery, corporate gifts and anything that has to look like more than its price.

  • Foil & emboss
  • Matte lamination
  • Window film
  • Magnetic option

Line 04 · Industrial

Heavy-duty corrugated cases

A wooden crate you can fold flat. Double-wall board with a reinforced base, built for machinery parts, auto components and furniture — lighter than timber, cheaper to freight, and exempt from ISPM 15 heat treatment. No fumigation certificate, no port delay.

  • Double wall
  • ISPM 15 exempt
  • Knocked down
  • Custom inserts

Structures

Eight proven box styles, plus your own die‑line.

Choose a stock structure — we cut a new die for your artwork, so the structure itself costs you no new tooling. If none of the eight fit, send a sketch and we will build the die.

Schematic drawings, not technical dielines. Ask for the full die-line files when you are ready to design artwork.

01

Handle built into the blank. Fruit, bakery, gift sets.

02

The workhorse retail carton. One piece, glues flat.

03

Locking tabs on both ends. Food, small appliances.

04

Auto-lock bottom

Base snaps up on assembly. Bottles and heavier contents.

05

07

Two-piece lid & base

08

Custom structure

Send a sketch or the product itself. We build the die.

Board & flute

The right board is half the answer.

Too thin and the box sags on the shelf. Too thick and you are paying to ship air. We pick the flute from what is inside the box and how far it has to travel.

FluteThickness*Best for
E~1.5 mmRetail cartons, fine print, shelf presence
B~3 mmMailers, printed gift boxes, good print surface
C~4 mmShipping cases, all-purpose strength
A~5 mmCushioning for fragile contents
BC~6–7 mmBulk loads, export cases, wood-crate replacement

*Typical industry values. The exact board grade, grammage and test values for your job are confirmed in the quotation — not assumed from a table.

Print & finish

What goes on the box.

  • 01Flexo, 1–4 spot colours. The standard for corrugated. Cheapest at volume, works on kraft.
  • 02Full-colour litho-laminated wrap. Magazine-quality image on board — available on request, depends on the mill and quantity.
  • 03Foil stamping, emboss and deboss. For lids, gift panels and anything that has to feel expensive.
  • 04Matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination. Protects print and changes the hand feel completely.
  • 05Die-cut windows with PET film. Product visibility without opening the box.
  • 06Water-based inks. Low odour — the right default when the box touches food.

How it works

Five steps, one person, no hand-offs.

Most of the friction in packaging sourcing comes from talking to a different person at every stage. Here, one contact carries your job from the first sketch to the loaded container.

01

Send what you have

A die-line, a sketch on paper, a competitor's box, or just the product you need to pack.

02

Structure & quote

We come back with a structure suggestion, a board recommendation and a written quote with the terms spelled out.

03

Sample first

A plain white sample to check fit, then a printed proof. Nothing runs until you approve it.

04

Short run

Print, die-cut, glue and fold. We photograph the run and check it against the approved sample.

05

Ship

Export cartons or pallets, FOB or CIF, documents prepared. You get the loading photos.

Where it is made

Our own plant in Zhengzhou.

Printing, slotting, die-cutting and gluing under one roof — the same building where your sample is cut and your run is checked. Ask for a video call and we will walk the floor with the phone, not with a marketing script.

What we are, and what we are not. We are a small plant, not a twenty-year giant with a sales department. That is the trade you are making: fewer people between you and the machine, changes that can actually be made after the run is scheduled, and the person who quotes your job is the person who can move it up. If a job is genuinely too big or too complex for our line, we say so and quote it through our partner mill in Zhejiang — we would rather lose a commission than a customer at the loading dock.

The questions buyers ask

We would rather tell you what we do not know.

Certificates are held by the plant and they change — audits lapse, scopes get narrowed, a supplier swaps its board source. So we keep logos off this page until we can send you the certificate that matches the scope your buyer asked for.

FSC chain of custody
Depends on the board grade and the scope of the certificate. Ask before you design.
ISO 9001
Ask for the certificate and its scope. We send the PDF, not the badge.
ISTA transit testing
Can be arranged at a third-party lab for larger projects.
EU PPWR
Recyclability and recycled-content direction. We will not quote a compliance date.
REACH
Inks and adhesives. We pass on the mill's restricted-substance declaration.
Food contact
EU 10/2011 or FDA, depending on your market. Specify it early.
California Prop 65
Heavy metals in inks — relevant if you sell into the US.
ISPM 15
The one we can promise: corrugated needs no heat treatment or fumigation.

Tell us what you are packing.

Send a photo of the product and an idea of quantity — a die-line is useful but not required. You will get a structure suggestion and a written quote, not a brochure.
